Mostly Beagle. I rescued my full beagle Buddy. He was living in my and my next neighbors backyards. Could not get near him. It took me 6 weeks to catch him and about a year to bring him back to normal. Best dog I ever had.
Like virtually all American cats out of doors, Lucy is stray.
Away from home property boundaries, the animal is stray
Sounds like my cheap Mexican neighbor who lets his dogs run the neighborhood. He’s so bad he only feeds his cows every 3 days. Of course I feed them hay sweepings from the barn floor.
