If it gets it to this point it then a choice has to be made by all Americans. At this point Marquis of Queensberry rules only gets you subjugated. When you hand your firearms in understand there is no court, no political party, no USA out there riding to the rescue for your freedom. The armed, headed hell for leather Bolshevik US government will then dictate what “rights” you can and cannot have, firearms are the protection of the remaining Bill of Rights and those could be gone. Think about what on your terms means, think, follow history’s lessons. Choose wisely for your children and grandkids will live by your decision. I pray to God this cup passes from our country.

Was it Polymer80 that also had some legal trouble a few years ago, or was that another company?EPArmory had their sales records confiscated by ATF because ONE of their customers was buying 80% receivers, finishing them and selling them. EPArmory wasn't involved, but that didn't stop ATF from using the incident to get hold of MY purchase records.

Name any other agency that gets to write regulations, wait until after people follow them, then rewrite or reinterpret regulations and go after people for it.
Just about every regulatory agency I have dealt with in my adult life, including the local game warden and dog catcher (no sarcasm). The agencies have almost unlimited powers to do something. It may be overturned, but they can flat out change the interpretation on a moments notice. That is why consent decrees are so anal. You make everything spelled out so when you get a challenge, you might have a chance to fight it.
