I thought keeping people from earning a living was the first step against “obesity”..no money, no food, loose weight. The government weight lost program guaranteed to work and lower the population at the same time. /s
Have them in a locked cabinet behind the counter.

Require pictures of morbidly obese diabetics on every package.

Only 100 calorie sized packaging (but NOT allowed to call them “fun” sized)
Stern Warnings from the Surgeon General printed on each package.
Then put Marijuana-laced goodies where the candies and chips used to be. If you are in California, add a colorful display rack for recreational Quaaludes.

Have to save room for Bangers and Mash, Blood Pudding, Bubble and Squeak, Devilled Kidneys, Faggots, Greasy Fish and Chips, Jellied Eels, Pie and Mash, Rag Pudding, Toad-in-the-Hole, Treacle Tart, and, last but not least, Haggis.
That stuff is much healthier.
