Not sure I’d like that.
But outside MD crabs, sauerkraut itself with our family sausage meatballs is my favorite food. God I love good tart sauerkraut. It’s the German in me.

Lord you sound like my (very picky) husband.
I grew up on it with my family’s wonderful sausage meatballs. Add it to mashed potatoes for a wonderful calming combination.
The extra sad thing is my husband is also mostly German. At least his mom likes it.
