From the hearing the election officials are required to keep the ballots for 22 months?

Yep, nothing to see here. This is unbelievable. What good are laws if nobody enforces them?

Definitely nothing to see. No ballots then there was no election. Not certain of the totals, but maybe Purdue won the senate outright in November if the counties that destroyed their ballots are disallowed.

“And now, scores of people are demanding that “patriots” stage an open revolt, with zero plan or any consideration for the likelihood that these sneaky fraudsters MIGHT have pre-arranged traps along this pre-determined route.

Never underestimate your enemy.”

My guess is that many who are making the demand that “patriots” stage an open revolt won’t themselves join the fighting.

Any person, whether or not an officer of election or custodian, who willfully steals, destroys, conceals, mutilates, or alters any record or paper required by section 20701 of this title to be retained and preserved shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

That should mean up to $1,000 and one year in jail per count. And every destroyed ballot should be a separate count. So, illegally destroyed 1,000 ballots? OK, $1,000,000 fine and 1,000 years in prison.

That’s why every leftist seditionist who tries something like that needs to be rewarded with a brand new piercing (they love that stuff), right in the center of their forehead.

Ballots are supposed to be retained 22-months under Federal law.

“just wow. isn’t that against the law?”

I read on another thread that GA law requires that ballots be retained for two years after an election.

And on “Better Call Saul”, I learned about spoliation.

True evil is occurring. PDJT should have sent in troops to secure the ballots the very minute the committee voted to review them. It would be a bit like when the WWII vets took over to rescue the ballots in The Battle Of Athens.

It’s obvious that Gov. Kemp wouldn’t request the National Guard because it would thwart his own personal illegal activity.

I believe the shredding was done by a small company. They need to pull in the employees that did the shredding, and threaten them with serious jail time if they shredded ballots. Then get them to turn on everyone involved. Who called the company and contracted the shredding? There has to be a paper trail. Arrest and prosecute everyone involved. Decertify the election.

IIRC, Federal law says that ALL election materials must be retained for 22 months.

Shredding anything would be a FEDERAL FELONY.

Those companies that have those trucks that can shred on site do NOT belong to the State. The owners can be subponeaed & be required to show all their records-—

WHO signed the order to do the shredding? WHO is paying for the work???

One thing-—they are shredding all the ballots-—even the Biden ballots-—so now they have NO record.

THIS is the kind of politicians we will have to live under for a very long time IF this doesn’t get cleaned up.

What happened to the trailer full of completed ballots being driven from New York to Pennsylvania before the election?

It disappeared from the postal facility in Lancaster, Pa. Somebody stole it. It supposedly belonged to a company under contract to the USPS. Have they followed up with law enforcement? WHERE IS THE TRAILER? Was the driver lying to the Amistad Project and the Thomas More Society? Have they tried to follow up?

Somebody has the trailer. Or, it’s in a dump or on some inaccessible road in the woods somewhere burned to the wheels with nothing left but the frame. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TRAILER.
