Don’t know that it’s the same part, but if you look at this offering, which has very similar pictures, and you scroll to the right in their list of pictures, you can see on the last two something that might be the part number.

George, just google the entire name of the product with manual/pdf/instructions in the search terms.
I see several youtube reviews/instructions in the search results.
You an ask for info in an image. See if that gets through.

The heavy hitters got hit with it last year. I sell maybe 2-3 items per month. I got my notice about 3 months go.
Put the item in your favorite search engine with the word “manual” at the end.
Blocking the email address is a long standing Ebay policy as they do not want you cutting them out of their cut by making an outside deal.
And yes, you can get around it using the suggestions given by others here. Not allowing the item to be posted is what is odd.
Yes, cancel your ebay account.
