For the Pessimist: Don't forget that there's still a lot that's good about America - Things might look bad now, but keep it in perspective

The fundamental problem is that the conservatives are weak, don’t make demands, and don’t hold their elected representatives accountable. The Left may be evil, but it is smart, strong and determined to get what it wants.

Until we conservatives toughen up there’s little hope for us to overcome the tyranny of the Left. In life, those with the strongest desire to win usually do.

Fundamentally its whether or not we lay back and take it...

The “Relief Bill” is primarily a wholesale looting of the Federal Treasury by the beneficiaries of a Federal Coup and Insurrection that occurred since November

There simply is no other rational discussion of a Biden Harris administration in other than any such terms

the only question is whether the states and American citizens are gonna lay back and let it happen

There’s really not a whole lot else of any material consequence to discuss

You're just walking on sunshine, aren't you?

At what point isn't the glass half full? How about life in Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union?

Yes, one can find happiness and be thankful for the blessing in one's own personal life. That doesn't mean one has to be blind to the direction the country is going.

This article isn’t being BLIND to the direction this country is going. It is asking people not to lose hope.
All we need are enough pessimists who want to give up and this country will REALLY accelerate towards that direction.

Here’s what’s still good about America: AMERICANS! We’re still here.

*************

Yes but we’re a declining percentage of the population. The demographics and culture in this country have changed in profound ways in recent decades. Our heritage and culture are being diluted by waves of invading outsiders who don’t share our values or want to assimilate. That’s a very big problem.

Pretty good summation of what happened in 2020.

Your description of events will probably be just as applicable in 2022. The Dems own the system now, and Republicans won’t to much of anything to stop the fraud, so a lot of the problems will repeat themselves in the next election cycle.

There is a sad pall over this country. A deadness that almost is overwhelming. You can get your mind off it until you really sit and think about the damage done to the people.

The heritage and culture has been destroyed and hate prevails. How do we get past that a reinstate a country like we gave up top the communists. Hell, we still sit around talking about elections and politics after we just got done having a presidential race rigged and stolen. How freakin’ blind and like rats in a maze are we?

It is very difficult to envision a way back unless you are totally delirious or living on false hope.

I sure don’t have answers. I am no longer young and I guess that is a good thing. Those kids, all of them, have been and will be abused by this system.

And to think there was much concern when the national debt reached $20 trillion. It will soon be $30 trillion. Now on to $50T we go.

Today the US Capitol is surrounded by barbed wire and armed soldiers.

Soldiers specifically vetted to shot US Citizens.

When in our history has this occurred before?
