“Doll eyes” was thing that always creeped me out when dealing with the several dementia patients in my life. You would look at them and there was absolutely NOTHING behind them. They would phase in and out of the “zombie” state.
So were my Swedish mother’s.
Biden’s eyes are often pitch black. It is truly creepy.

To an observant Delaware resident, Biden very obviously has had a tightening facelift, which would include removing tissue (shin) from the eyelids. This gets rid of age-wrinkles, sort of like tuning up the drumheads of a snare drum, eh? That’s why his face no longer shows character or mobility that goes with public appeal, though it makes him look “younger” at first glance.
Its not Biden its a stand in. Doesn’t even really look like him. 35 year old hands on a 78 year old body.
Did you watch the falling up the stairs three times on the plane stunt? It looked like Chevy Chase on SNL. No frail 78 year old guy would bounce up and down like that then dust his pants off and trot on up the stairs. He would have required assistance.
The excess aging bags occlude one's vision. When measurred by an optician/opthalmologist, can even count as necessary--not cosmetic--surgery, covered by health insurance, maybe even Medicare.

Is that the side of his skull that his surgery was performed on for an aneurysm? I believe he had surgery for that problem twice.. His medical records have never been revealed, since he announced his basement run for POTUS. Yet the Media hounded DJT on medical records.. I would like to know the current medications Biden takes on a daily basis.. It is very obvious he is not a healthy person and at 78, age is also a factor...

True. He’s being heavily medicated. Trouble is, among many things with the kind of meds he’s being given is they tend to constipate.

At his age he’s had his cataracts removed by now.
I’s say it’s the lighting, drugs and/or contacts.
