By their standards, and if the report is accurate, yes. He’s the victim (and to actual aggressive bullies).
This is insanity - why have things changed, when young people start shooting random people en masse?
I went to the same school in 1969, just after getting out of the Corps. The dang place was a hotbed of pro-enemy demonstrations and flag burning, so I did get involved in several fistfights but never considered killing anybody. (I even tried to take on the whole football team once - they were all wearing anti war demonstrator crap but I couldn’t get them to fight me. I was still recovering and not very fight-worthy at 106 pounds with steel leg brace and crutches)

My course advisor at Cabrillo College had a big NVA flag on his wall when I came to fill out my transfer to UC Davis. This was 1975.

Glad you mentioned it. It may help some remember the incident which was unusual in that a person survived the LV massacre only to die in this one.

Notice most of the people who pull this are out there leftists
Giffords was shot by a liberal guy who was upset she wasn’t liberal enough
And minorities are responsible for much higher percentages of violent crime than whktes based on their population percentages
But we arent supposed to make any judgments off that, claim the libs
Their whole foundational base is hypocrisy. They never run out of it because its what liberals are made from.
