You are making the false assumption that the military is there to protect us and our way of life. That is no longer true.

I am astounded at the level of hatred of our American Republic ... not so much among politicians and unelected bureaucrats who, for the most part, simply looking out for themselves at the expense of the country and of others ... but among American citizens throughout the country.

But it's also possible that this is level of hatred is not quite as bad as it appears to be. Perhaps it just looks that way as most of the abject, thoughtless hatred of America is clearly driven and hyped by the far-Left/communist-loving media, and perhaps much of it is the result of obvious irretrievalable ignorance, particularly among those who have attended or are attending a liberal arts college or who went through the public school system in the past 50 years.

So the air force cadets, before being commissioned, are asked to swear an oath to a document that they have been taught "created inequality".
