10 cents a mile probably the start point. Might have a surcharge tacked on depending on your income level just so it won’t be regressive.

The State Farm tracker deal is optional. The carrot is having possibly lower insurance cost. We have State Farm but don’t have the tracker.
Also, what if you’re using your OBD2 (onboard diagnistics) to diagnose your car? You have to unplug the tracker...
