I guess it completely escapes you that Trump was explicitly saying you have freedom to decide. He does not believe in MANDATES. His Warp Speed effort created the vaccine(s). Many of us have chosen vaccination and some have chosen to not be vaccinated. And that’s OK.
A small subset of those who have chosen not to be vaccinated have chosen to engage in jihad against those vaccines. And their jihad includes warring against the vaccine developers, medical people who advocate for the vaccines, individuals who have taken the vaccines and also includes booing President Trump. Their jihad includes posting endless misinformation about the vaccines and intense dislike of anyone who points out that misinformation.
Why? All he did was encourage people to get the shot - but he also said he believes in their freedom 100%. He was NOT suggestig the shots be mandated, he was simply encouraging people to get vaccinated. That seems pretty reasonable to me.
That “booing” was meant for the VACCINE...NOT PRESIDENT TRUMP.

And if, according to the left, Trump followers are supposed to be so besotted with him, that they consider us a cult, then why are so many of us against getting the experimental drugs? No, it shows how much he believes in our freedom - that he personally trusts the vaccines, but he wouldn’t make them mandatory.

Trump’s greatest strength is that he is honest - he doesn’t say what the audience wants to hear - he says what he thinks.
That same audience will love him all the more for it - INCLUDING the ones that booed the vaccines.
Besides, every Trump supporter there heard him say something loud and clear that was far more important than the vaccine: He would never support making it mandatory.
It also shows that he is starting to think what most of us already know...the vaccine doesn’t work and actually makes you more susceptible to other variants. My step mother 65 was vaccinated 5 weeks ago she has diabetes and thought she was in the high risk category. Today she is on a ventilator for wait for it.... wait for it... COVID.
