I went to ours yesterday. They were out. Must be a lot of horses that need worming.
Must be, I have a 140 lb horse that needs it bad...little bitty horse...
Just me and the pygmy pony, over by the mental floss bush...
Only things I’ve been to the hospital for was a broken leg or a cut bad enough to need stitches. Even so, I’ve had a few cuts that could have used 2-3 stitches but I didn’t bother. I keep butterfly closures on hand. If I get an infection, I go get some fish-biotics from the feed store. Doesn’t make sense to me to go see a doc who, for $100, will tell me what I already know, I have an infection, and then scribble on some paper so I can get the same antibiotics.
Seems like docs and nurses used to know a whole lot more than they do now. These days, the job that nurses used to do has been broken up into several different positions.
My wife works at a nursing home and has been through three different certification levels, all three are about giving out meds. One for the mild meds, one for stronger meds and one just for insulin. CMA, CNA, CMT
I just ordered the cheap brand online. They wouldn't ship to me, so I drove the 20 miles to take a look. The expensive stuff was on the shelf in singles. The cheaper stuff in a six pack was out of stock. The word is out. It's time to fill that storage space, that isn't occupied by ammo, with med supplies. Lead times are brutal out of country. At least you won't be denied by the retards at CVS.
250,000 die each year from medical malpractice, no stats for the last 2 years on it or flu.
