The Daily Wire does have more than 100 employees but we won't be enforcing Joe Biden's unconstitutional and tyrannical vaccine mandate.

I took the vaccine because I think the probabilities of a bad outcome caused by the vaccine are smaller than the probability of death if I actually get COVID, but I absolutely oppose to any mandate.

Especially true in places like Wal-mart where the low paying job holders cannot afford to quit. Actually Walmarts pay is exactly what will make some of these kids get a vaccine. My 17 yr old granddaughter still in HS, started there @$17. hr. I was impressed.

Resisters will be bankrupted by legal fees.
How many pro-bono lawyers will take on FedZilla?

Resisters will be bankrupted by legal fees. Valid worry. I'm in Texas, so I'm hoping Abbott or Paxton (our AG) will be sending out some guidance for businesses here on how to handle. I know there's already state law suits in the works and the courts may tie the Feds hands on enforcement until there is a decision. Day by day.

can they change some to contractors to avoid 100 threshold? Seems like a reasonable solution. I know we converted our receptionist and janitors to temp service employees several years ago, just to avoid all the extra expense. It eliminated payroll taxes, unemployment taxes, state mandated licensing for our industry, drug testing, etc. All for about $1. more an hour than what we had been paying as a salary.

I also wouldn’t be surprised if some employees end up losing their jobs. I just saw the funniest tweet from Steven Crowder:

@scrowder
If I owned a company with approx 100 employees, I would find 15 of those which were non-essential, likely with Biden stickers, and fire them.
