K-12 mandatory vaccinations. Check. If you don’t like it, homeschool or put your kid in private school.
They don’t yet check vaccine certificates for MMR, DPT, etc., before you’re allowed to dine in a restaurant or shop in a grocery store. (That is likely to change now)
States have mandated, not the Federal government. And states have mandated vaccines for entrance into state-supported schools, not entrance into private restaurants, or to hold a job. It’s no doubt a surprise, but that Constitution, written by racist slave owners (/s) actually intoned the states to have more power than the federal government, except in specifically defined exceptions.
Many years ago I got a small pox vaccination. I have never contracted small pox. I also got a yellow fever vaccination. Nope no yellow fever. At the beginning of the year I got both Pfizer vaccinations against Wuhan. In August I came down with it.

Not all States have religious exceptions; most all have medical, but the bar is high; like, you’ve got to be already dying, or something, to get one.

The swine flu vaccination killed 3 people and 12 stated banned its use before it was discontinued. Notice a difference with this one?

Sure. But all of those were properly tested and vetted to do no harm. Such is not the case with these COVID injections.

Up until recently there were only 2 without a religious or conscience exemption. And of the new states removing conscience exemptions, it is the Dem states which took them away. Here is TX, it is the Dems and the big business lobby that want mandates. Interestingly, these are the same interests opposing almost all other genuine conservative legislation.
Even if the laws of the States do not protect conscience exemptions, the 9th amendment is our defense to any mandates medical treatment.
It's not even a vaccine, unless you redefine what a vaccine is. Oh, wait, they did that....twice.
Note they also decided which ones they thought were important. All 5p states made their own determinations.
Second point, no one must attend puvlic school. If yu dont want to take those vaccines, you can home school or go to a private school.

I don’t care what they say, or what law so-called that they pass, I still won’t comply. They can call it anything they want, but it’s still not a vaccine. It’s a gene therapy and I won’t take it.
Ment to say the virus has killed zero healthy kids. Healthy kids have very few ACE2 receptors that the virus needs to enter a cell and replicate.
If these experimental drugs get mandated for kids we will watch kids die.
I’m reading articles about breast feeding moms who get vaccinated and a few days later their infants develop severe clotting problems.
My Grandfather went through the Bolshevik Revolution. Spent many hours on his lap listening about it. Seeing similarities.
