I don’t think that’s true. Not everyone who shoots/kills someone automatically goes to jail. Sometimes they don’t until investigators decide charges should be brought.

They're keeping something from us. And of course we expect that. What? Was that the only chamber that had a live bullet? Halls said he only checked 4 or 5....or 3 or 4...which is it. He said he did not check them all.
So the ones he did check...he would have to have pulled each one since blanks are different from a real shell.
Checked some...not all...including the fatal bullet...makes no sense!
