Our cluster boxes are also outside the gate, but everyone still comes inside, including the Post Office. I see their trucks all the time. Apparently the PO still delivers in my area. Hopefully they won't stop, because a lot of stuff still comes through them.
This doesn’t help when they are following the trucks which they are!!!
To add further insult to injury, we are pretty rural. The post office is about 12 miles away in a small town of about 900 people. The postal carriers are contract employees. We cannot tell if they are stupid or incompetent or both. They just don’t seem to give a care. And complaining to the postmaster does no good.
I’ve signed up for the USPS informed email delivery service. That way I know what it supposed to be in my mailbox each day.
