Maybe it’s made of mushrooms, but mold is also a fungi and a lot easier to produce. Don’t put it past them. If it was made from mushrooms they would probably let you know because a lot of people like mushrooms.
Some plants are alkaline (spinach, I think?) and some are acidic (like oranges and hot peppers). As a recall, a lot more plants are acidic.
Does fungus bacon render a lot of bacon grease?
If not, how am I gonna make bisquits?
I learned about this wonderful way of eating from both of them over 3 years ago.
Oxalates also cause many kidney stones.

Here are the directions I have been following since day 1 of living on meat & water only I received from a Facebook group run by 10+ year veterans of this way of eating:
1. only eat when hungry
2. When hungry only eat meat till you are not another bite full.
3. Only eat the meat you crave & can afford.
4. Never EVER put a sweet taste into your mouth.
I follow these directions for every meal, every day without exception.
I am sure near all varieties of bugs will be next eh greenqueen?
