If your number is blocked, try calling your member’s local offices, the constituent services offices, and asking them. They will transmit it to Washington.
Thanks for that good suggestion. I will do that Tuesday when my representative's offices reopen. Maybe the office in Washington has been shutdown due to the holidays and that is the reason for no email acknowledgement, nor answered call. Will let you know. I expect to get some kind of answer from my representative's office on this issue.
