It is but that fact hasn't been hidden. It's an extremely rare occurrence that one can find listed on the CDC website.

It's why I don't believe those under 20 should be getting the vaccine.

But, the issue of athletes having cardiac problems and dying predates Covid. It didn't start when athletes began getting Covid vaccines.
