I find this pairs well with ground reindeer which is super lean.
(most of the European Reindeer is radioactive now, so I have to get it from an exclusive alaska ranch near the north pole)

FYI:
When asked why milk is salty, the answer was given:
“Allah in his great wisdom, created female camel in such a way that the tits are in the back. When milking, nobody ever can prevent her from pissing into the milk.”
I have read this a long while ago, I forgot where.
