I'm far from defending Putin or the invasion of Ukraine here ... isn't it funny though, how we have specific examples of yesterday's "Russian disinformation" being fact today?
My friends in Ukraine tell me that many Russian soldiers developed radiation sickness, possibly digging trenches and emplacements in contaminted soil, breathing the dust kicked up by heavy vehicles.
There should be a double-blind scientific study of these pathogens using the involved politicians as the tests subjects. Start small and gradually increase the dose until the proper effect is achieved.
“My friends in Ukraine tell me that many Russian soldiers developed radiation sickness, possibly digging trenches and emplacements in contaminted soil, breathing the dust kicked up by heavy vehicles.”
I could see that happening. Bad way to die.
So is the American Pravda: scary COVID, scary J6 death squads, scary white supremacists, scary Trump/Russia collusion, scary global warming, scary fair election deniers, scary school board questioners. It seems the notoriety of deception falls more heavily on America's media these days than on foreign sources.
“Russia is notorious for concocting garbage propaganda stories like this, twisting and distorting a few true facts to tell a huge bald faced lie.”
And they learned it from the best propaganda/information warfare organization in the history of mankind.
The USA.
“In this particular case, the US COULD, assuming it’s BS Russian disinformation, show how the documents were forged...show principal players to be in different places than indicated...and/or have some people testify under oath before congress on SPECIFICS.”
A permanent member of the UN Security Council makes a serious and egregious accusation about internationally banned WMD, and the US will not even address the specific charges? Not even a rudimentary effort to refute the specifics?
That’s some BS right there. I don’t care who you are.
The US could not look more guilty if they tried.
“Then someone explains that we have a plan to invade every country on the earth mother if needed.”
Yup. Contingency Plans.
I accuse you of making these plans. Now prove you are innocent else you’ll remain guilty.

Yup. The Dog That Didn’t Bark.
You’ll know it it true if psaki deflects, and all the msm reports is either nothing, or “Russian Disinformation.”
The US should ABSOLUTELY publicly refute, with evidence packs handed out freely. It can’t be ignored.
Unless the US is guilty.

What a fing scumbag. FU BORIS.
I asked a friend who grew up in Eastern Europe in the bad old days, whether or not people believed the constant communist propaganda. He said, "No one believed it."
Plenty of Americans still believe the MSM.
The Democrats are also notorious for Warmongering and lying. They lie as easily as they breath.
Oh?
No, but it is just like our deep state to get others to do our dirty work for us. Think rendition.
I don’t believe anything coming from our media after years of lying to us. They lost all credibility with their blatant lies about president Trump and Russian collusion. They are all corrupt scumbags.
“I accuse you of making these plans. Now prove you are innocent else you’ll remain guilty.”
The issue here is that you are nobody.
And nobody cares what you think.
Clearly the goal here is to justify the invasion by showing (suggesting? Implying?) that Ukraine posed a legitimate and serious threat to Russian security. All well and good. But the question then becomes “if you knew this and had hard evidence, why did you not go to the UN or other forum and raise the issue so it could be dealt with either through diplomacy a’la the Cuban missile crisis or, if the evidence is truly compelling and urgent, through an international coalition a’la Iraq? Why sit on it until after the invasion?”
Obvious parallel to the USA going to the UN to make unsubstantiated accusations of WMDs in Iraq (well, substantiated by 'take our word for it, we know stuff'). Of course the USA presented their case BEFORE we invaded. Seems now it was bunk but they did do that and get a rubber stamp on it. Russia didn't even try.
If I’m not mistaken, Russia has presented all their info to the UN.
But there can be no vote on it if the US resists.
