I have Parkinson’s and I am in Stage 3 of 5. I don’t wish this on anyone except Biden. I think he is in early stage 5. It won’t be long now for him. There are no known cure for this crap. For me...I am very sorry for my family and I can’t wait to get to get to the end of this crap. Death by a thousand cuts every day is the norm.

Steroids are not a treatment for that.
To me, it sounds like people are just running their mouths.
That’s the word from the UK Daily Mail. Of course they just had doctors make an educated guess. Only the Russian government knows what is causing this (and some intelligence agencies). Maybe Prednisone is for some other condition.
I don’t think he’s sick, I think he’s consuming LOTS of alcohol.

Sounds like Parkinsonism or Parkinson’s with dyskinesia brought on by drugs to treat Parkinson’s.
I am in the process to rule Parkinson’s in or out. 3 neurologists and a neurosurgeon, hopefully I will know something soon.
If he was in withdrawal, he likely wouldn’t allow pictures.
He would probably receive an IV drip and Klonopin(or another benzodiazepine)
