Note that Fiji has seized a Russian-owned superyacht as did France on yet another such superyacht, on behalf of the USA in the Justice Department’s Task Force KleptoCapture. Some such sanctions go back to at least 2018.

What proof do you have of Russia having 6,000 nukes?
What’s the annual upkeep and replacement cost? And what’s the Russian budget?
Hint: it’s not nearly enough to maintain 6,000 nukes.

When you start digging into the details you’ll find that there’s no evidence that Russia has produced a new nuke since 2017.
The budget numbers don’t add up either.

Look I don’t know what you’re getting at here, are you pretending Russia doesn’t have more than enough nukes to easily wipe us out? They have 800 on their submarines alone which is more than enough to not only wipe us out but Europe too. I swear some of you people have lost your minds.

Russia currently has eleven SSBNs. Two of which are alongside and cold at Murmansk and four more are alongside and cold at Severodvinsk. “Cold” means their reactors are shut down.
They have five SSBN that are somewhat capable of active duty.
Three are reportedly at sea and for whatever reason two are alongside at Petropavlovsk and haven’t moved in quite some time but at least they seem to show some signs of life.
In any case five subs do not carry 800 nukes.
And right about now for every Soviet SSBN that puts to sea we have firing solutions on them 24/7 from multiple vectors.
The Russian submarine fleet has a sterling record of nuclear submarine accidents too.
