Yes, it is always a good idea to threaten, belittle, and push a terminally ill dictator into a corner, especially when he has the big red nuclear button within reach. A “little” groggy?
That has not been my experience. It put the people I saw go through it out of commission. And the effects are cumulative.
And if he has bone cancer at all (a common place for it to go from the abdomen) the dissolved calcium in the blood will make a person bat-shit crazy.
But…everyone is different.

He is in bad shape. I’ve had two cancers. Chemo and radiation. Not for blood cancer, but I wasn’t able to eat because I would throw up. I was miserable.
I can’t imagine him setting there not retching! He’s a tough bird.
