They have to be applied wet. I am NOT going anyplace where the possibility of somebody licking the tape before affixing it to my messy goodness is way too high!

If you don’t know how to eat a burrito without making a mess, you shouldn’t be eating one.

That was my first thought, too !

I’m one of the 5% or so that can only taste soap if I eat cilantro so Indian and Mexican food doesn’t appeal much. Cool tape though.

Maybe they could make it out of something like a flour tortilla. If it’s large enough, you could wrap it around all the ingredients.

Looks like a "band-aid" approach to solve a problem.
I think it's a great idea thought. These girls deserve much adulation and praise.

That may kill marketing opportunities for an edible safety pin.

I think it is more of a eating disorder in that Yankees do not know how to hold & eat a burrito.

Agreed, a burrito should not be the size of a football. I stopped with Chipotle because you can get four normal sized burritos out of one of the ones they make. I guess that’s just their thing though. I do dig the fresh ingredients but it’s really too much of a good thing when it’s bigger than my head.

Cool idea…..for a 4th grade science fair project. You can tell this was created by “engineers” who never worked in a kitchen. Chefs, do you want “band-aid burritos?”
To: nickcarraway
Old el paso came out with these recently.
