The movie didn't just “fizzle”. It bombed big time.
Just compare it to “Top Gun Maverick”.

The toy story movies were all good; funny, touching, to the point where people who grew up with them shared them with their kids.
This one is all about being woke.
When I’m spending $100 more a week for gas and groceries than this time last year, I don’t see the point in spending $60 so Disney can preach to me. It’s a hard pass.

It sickens me how these woke slobs destroy everything good.
When he was five, my kid’s interest in space was inspired by Buzz Lightyear.
He told us he wanted to build rockets at NASA. 20 years later he’s an Astronautical Engineer at NASA.
We went skydiving together a couple weeks ago, or as he called it…falling with style.
The dyke push combined with the general question, why do we need an origin story for the character in the first place?
Guessing how much a movie will gross in its first weekend is a training ground for becoming an economist for the New York Times or the Washington Post. The only thing missing from these reports about actuals is the word “unexpected”.

I don’t do theaters any more, but I did here something about a lesbian kiss being edited out for Chinese markets. That’s enough to cause me to not watch it. Heck, I tried to give the lave actor version of Cowboy Bebop a chance - until the lesbian scene. Then I was done.
Isn’t it amazing how Christian movies always make money, yet they must serve Satan.
