Help me out. I know where the Constitution grants authority to fedgov over immigration, but where does it delegate to fedgov the authority to regulate intrastate marijuana?

As far as I understand -- and I am not an expert -- federal regulation of drugs is done under the authority of the Commerce Clause. It seems to be a weak argument, but it has been recently re-confirmed by the Supreme Court.
As a practical matter, the federal law against marijuana is still on the books, and if you want to be consistent in rejecting the Constitutional authority for federal drug regulation, you have to get rid of the whole thing: the FDA would have no authority over heroin, fentanyl, opioids, and all prescription medicines.
Be all of that as it may, people who flout the federal marijuana laws give comfort and aid to people who flout the federal immigration laws. They also support and finance, directly or indirectly, the murderous drug cartels and the crimes they commit.
