The only way that anything will change is if the Republicans take overwhelming control of the Senate and the House (with enough of them not compromised to prevent the compromised from stymying investigations) AND someone like DeSantis is elected President. MAYBE then, the President can TOTALLY clean house in the Department of (In)Justice: subpoena everyone above the rank of janitor, seize ALL paper and electronic files, including personal cell phones and computer...before they disappear.
