I can see where they’d be a little sensitive about this. At least they weren’t Russian tanks the tourists were driving.
VOA/RFE is self-admitted propaganda. What tourist goes abroad with the Z symbol on his car? Where are the Russian license plates on the cars?
Reminds me the interview of the “Russian” woman complaining about not getting insurance for her KIA husband who had Ukrainian stickers on the fridge in the kitchen. It was so embarrassing that they launched a hoax of how the Russians are stealing appliances to bring them home.
I agree about Voice of America. However the video does Geo locate to Kazakhstan.
Fake videos like this are normally ordered through the freelancer’s exchanges where for-hire trolls are congregating. The guys who order them are ignorant over details, so they get “Russian” vehicles with Kazakh inspection stickers on their windshields and “Russians” speaking with Kazakh accent. You can bet that it was videoed in Kazakhstan, but it doesn’t make it authentic.
