I use the MI lines such as”captured or killed / disavow” and “good luck Jim” a lot at the office.
A few people get it.

Watched the movie Network last night with Faye Dunaway and William Holden, in one scene she’s talking about how their TV show “is even bigger than Million Dollar Man!” I loved the 70s

It’s funny that the agency only ever seemed to have one or two agents and maybe one revolver.

We all did!
I watched it again and was shocked how young she looked.
Must have been barely 21

What made no sense was whenever Steve or Jamie lifted a car high over their heads. Their limbs were bionic, but not their back or shoulders. The car's weight would have ripped the bionic arm right out of its socket. Like Superman stopping a crashing plane. With the aluminum skin on an airplane, even with the strength and flying ability of Superman all that would happen is a Superman shaped hole through the plane (and some of the passengers) in the seconds before the rest of the plane crashed.

Bionic man, Big Foot and aliens in one show?! How could you not love that? The only thing that would have made it better was Evel Knievel.

Just the beginning of the falsehoods of just about everything put out by most media products. Think of how much young people are being indoctrinated today, when they are surrounded by media falsehood.

The real pilot of the Northrop M2-F2 Lifting Body during the dreadful crash landing on May 10, 1967 seen at the beginning of “The Six Million Dollar Man”, was NASA test pilot Bruce Peterson. https://theaviationist.com/2020/05/10/the-m2-f2-crash/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JrETaU9wfho&t=6s&ab_channel=HuntleyFilmArchives

Well, that’s where his X-ray vision would come in handy, to see the inner structure of the aircraft and know exactly where he can apply force without the whole thing shredding around him.
