If our extended family had a fishing tournament, cheating would be expected. Everyone would spend more time and effort thinking of ways to cheat and how to catch the cheaters than actually fishing. Of course, we wouldn’t be competing for more than pocket change and bragging rights. The ultimate bragging rights here would be to confess after-the-fact to cheating that no one caught.

If our family had a fishing tournament I would get thanked a lot, because no matter how beautiful the cast landing exactly where I wanted it to go, they would know that no fish were biting anywhere near my bait.

I dont doubt irregularities and illegalities but was it enough to throw the election?

"at a kids fishing tournament, one of the "daddies" bragged how he himself caught this fish but had his little son take the credit....so the kid could win.... I never understood how simpletons and idiots cheat at the most mundane things...."

I've seen this with Cub Scout Pinewood Derby cars as well as elementary science fairs. Our solution was to create some parent competition for the Cub event as well as 'artistic' categories for the kids. The science fair was made non-competitive to discourage the parents from participating. As it is, the kids pick cookbook projects off the internet rather than investigate something of personal interest. It's a sad reflection on our culture.

Stupidly greedy.
Probably been getting away with this for years.
Since they were never previously caught they felt secure in upping their advantage to the point of becoming obvious.
Since it is clear fraud and significant money I agree there should be prosecution and restitution.
Also strike their names from any record books.

I don't doubt it for a minute. I say that as a long time poll watcher and 'observer' of mail-in ballot counting in a swing state. Observer is in quotes because it was a partisan election operation in which observers weren't allowed to see anything meaningful. We could watch the scanning but not the intake. There was no ability to verify that ballots arrived in envelopes, with signatures, or postmarks. They could have come in little red wagons hot off the copier for all we knew.

"There was no hard evidence of cheating in the election ..."

My recollection is that at least one counting operation closed down in the middle of the night, claiming some plumbing problem, locked out the Republican observers, and then continue counting ballots. THAT is cheating.

Not being able to prove that the cheating was effective does not turn cheating into non-cheating.

I recollect also that some locations taped cardboard across their windows. THAT is cheating to needlessly deny transparency in any way.

During the Bush v. Gore election, one counting group attempted to move the counting to a closed location. They almost started a riot. A fully justified riot.

If the Democrats manage to eject Republican observers in the future and continue counting, I expect that the response from the voters will be ... well, dramatic.

“I dont doubt irregularities and illegalities but was it enough to throw the election?”

All that was required to change the outcome was to rig the results in the toss up states. Watch the “2000 Mules” movie where ILLEGAL ballot harvesting by partisan NGO organizations paid harvesters to stuff many tens of thousands of ballots into “drop boxes”. IIRC, many more than the margins of victory in enough states to change the outcome.

Also, https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2022/mar/28/joe-biden-got-255000-excess-votes-fraud-tainted-sw/

Furthermore, in PA (a key swing state), unconstitutional changes in mail in voting laws were made prior to the election which heavily favored DemocRATS.

A relative of mine tried his hand at professional bass fishing many years ago. From his descriptions, sounded to me like everyone cheats to some degree.

I would never lie like that.

Here is a Walleye I caught in Mille Lacs near Garrison, Minnesota.
I would like to thank the people of the town for mounting one of my smaller fish I caught that day

Before the election Joe was confident in the scope of the then to be election fraud, enough to brag about it.
