Problem “authorities” have in building a narrative is that cameras don’t lie. There are external cameras on all entrances to the Pelosi house. It will take 5 minutes to view the camera covering the back sliding doors where he allegedly broke the window to break in. If it shows them walking in, arm in arm, through that door, Houston we have a problem. I am sure, by now, that they have viewed the film. Why hasn’t CBS asked them the all important question whether they went to the entry replay tapes?

Presently he’s being looked at for attempted murder. That’s something that Paul can’t wish away. Remember, too, this guy is a homeless drug addict. The "RP", the reporting person on the 911 tape, was probably a security person who described "his name is David" as someone HE didn't know (the security guard didn't know him), however security probably had verbal instructions to allow "David, a friend" in, on his arrival, to visit Pelosi. "David, a friend" was probably something written in the security log.
When police arrived (probably called by security), security was probably outside the house to let them in. The guard was not in the house at that time, so "no third person present" in the house.
