“Can you really trust in a medical system of protection that has already proven itself deceitful, untruthful, and continues to hide medical evidence?”

One thing I was upset about back in 2020 was Fauci saying in the Spring that Vitamins D3 and C were not helpful, and then around Nov. admitting reluctantly that they might be helpful after all. This was particularly disturbing given that dark skinned people were dying at 2.5 times the rate of “white” people. It is known that about 1/3rd the world population is D deficient. It is also known that SAD (winter depression) can be treated effectively with Vitamin D3. Ten years ago my 240 lb, 6’1” son was told by doctor to take 5,000 IU of D daily. Last year the doctor increased the dose to 10,000 IU. It is also known that dark skin makes it hard for the sun to create Vitamin D on the body and then get it absorbed into the body.

All this information about Vitamin D3 and health has been known for years. As a child over 75 years ago my doctor told my parents to give me a spoonful of cod liver oil daily. The fact, especially the 2.5 times higher death rate for dark skinned people should have immediately resulted in recommendations by CDC, FDA, or other government health agency to immediately have blood tested, and Vitamin D3 amounts recommended for summer and winter (which would be more in the northern hemisphere). I consider the failure to do this as approaching criminal negligence on the part of these agencies. Why has no class action lawsuit been started , especially for and by all the dark skinned people who have died (without this warning), or been gravely ill from Covid and other diseases.

Independent studies have discovered that people with OPTIMUM levels of Vitamin D rarely end up in hospitals for any reason. This abstract of a Turkish study which proved the original Zelenko, 3 part protocol worked and with IV Vitamin C worked even more quickly in hospitalized patients. The European level of blood vitamin D is in nmols/L (nanomols per liter). The US measure is ngm/mL (nanograms per milliliter) which is 2.5 times lower. Thus in Turkey 75 nmols/L or higher is the same as 30 ng/mL or higher as the lowest level of OPTIMUM blood Vitamin D levels. Kaiser Permanente lists 50 to 80 ngm/mL as their OPTIMUM RANGE.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34976511/

The researchers only discovered the importance of OPTIMUM levels of Vitamin when the study was over and they looked at the blood work done as they selected subjects for the study. They were astonished to see that NOT ONE person had their relatively low OPTIMUM level. I had started taking from 2000 to 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 daily depending on my sun exposure and season of the year during the summer of 2020. When Kaiser Permanente tested my blood for Vitamin D in Dec. 2021, I had an ideal optimum level of 66 ngm/mL. I am 145 lbs.

I meant to list a number of people who might be interested in my Comment #22, but at almost 3 am I forgot. Please read, the info could save your life or that of someone you love, or someone facing a particularly hard winter. Vitamin D3 is cheap and you can even mail it to someone in need.

To: Monterrosa-24; All

I am 5’3”, but used to be 5’5”. About 7 years agp I realized I was shrinking, so increased my boron intake from 3 mg. in the morning to 3 mg. morning and evening. I am now 84 and have only shrunk another 1/2 inch in that time. My mother, with similar weight, height, and build had shrunk a lot more, but she was not taking the vitamins and minerals faithfully the way I have for 50+ years.

At 84 and in good health, slender, and fit you are in an excellent position to give health advice. Thank you for all you do.

Thanks! I take vitamin D and C supplements in the winter. Whatever exercise we can do is important, too.

Thank you for your expressions of appreciation and support. I hope you and others caught my hint that sending supplements to people living in Ukraine, or sending aid to people in Ukraine, would be particularly helpful to those in need this hard winter.

I remember as a child helping Mom send Red Cross care packages to relatives in wartorn Europe right after WW2 ended. At that time we sent silk stockings and cigarettes (good for trading), tuna and sardine cans, needles and thread, and other things I no longer remember. In a package to Ukraine I would want to send Vitamin D3 tablets in 5000 IU dose for adults, and 1000 IU for small children, Vitamin C 500 and 1000 mg. for health maintenance or treatment in illness. They can be broken for smaller doses. Also a good one-daily dose multi vitamin/mineral supplement.

If someone wants more information for how to use these items in sickness and health, or information to include in a Care type package, feel free to Private Message me.
