I enjoyed Shrimp & Grits while dining at the Mount Vernon Inn back in November.
They are good...Did you have fried shrimp or grilled in your grits???
Grilled, if I remember correctly.
I like the grilled shrimp better in grits...
I like fried shrimp by themselves...
There is a new Cracker Barrel being built? But there was just a report the other day that the chain is closing.
I have been to Waffle House. And yes, their food is good.

Bad crews usually mean new hires. Some get better, some find something else to do.
I was shacked up with a Waffle House waitress/grill cook in the early 70’s while her husband was doing time. Yep, she’da run the dude out in a heartbeat. One of the bennies for me was free breakfast. Haven’t been to Waffle house since...last Saturday :-)
