Have the scientists started to hazard a guess as to Who (or What) made the Big Bang go “bang”?

Many have. And many have answers to those questions.

HOWEVER ...

One does not find answers to those questions by engaging in the natural sciences. Natural science is not equipped to answer those questions; those who abuse the natural sciences in order to answer those questions generally end up looking foolish.

The questions you suggested are theological in nature.

I have been following this recently and I thought I read that JWST found a galaxy nicknamed Schrodinger’s Galaxy because it is thought to have a redshift of -17 but has properties that defy current theories of how the universe was formed after the big bang.

Just an observation and not particularly a response to your comment...What's interesting is that when Scientists do this it is a-OK i.e. Sagan, Hawking, etc... But when a Theologian asks these questions they are told to stay in their lane because it's not their dicipline.
