All you people that wait for “PM” to start drinking baffle me. AM is a wonderful time for a nice drink. On most vacation days I drink in a window of 10 - 2. Then I stop and repeat the next day. Feels so much better to me than drinking at night. I sleep better too.
Beer - It’s not just for breakfast anymore.
Its always 4:00 PM somewhere. 😊
A good diet includes the four food groups: regular food, junk food, fast food, and beer.
TBH I cant recall, but I think it has to do with the body firing up the sugar levels in anticipation of a new day of activity. It happens closer after 3:00 AM or so hence the name “dawn effect” You can google the term and learn more.
I hope your joshing...Kind of hard to drink in the AM when you are expected at work...
Milk/cream and sugar are for people who don’t like the taste of coffee
I used to have a t-shirt that said “I do more drinking by 9AM than most people do all day”
I did say “vacation days”. :-)
I did look it up. Very common.
My son called me after he saw that episode to say Beth was on my diet. ;)
Actually, I’ve been intermittent fasting for several years now. Initially I lost 20 pounds in 30 days, have kept it off, and feel fantastic. To loose weight while fasting you must avoid all sugar, dairy, and grains.
Yep. I have to admit my care to what I eat is not good as it should be, but I know its better than it was. Keep working at it.
That sugar is damn EVIL!
😄
You can’t drink all day unless you start in the morning.
(I take it her character hits back, doesn't she?)
Hits first too
CM Thanks! I have been skipping breakfast and having lunch and dinner. Better schedule since my daughter works and eats dinner at home. Perhaps I need to stay up late and sleep until 9:00 so I can have a 10:00 breakfast and 5:30 dinner. :) !
Sounds like Wife #1. (Made her angrier, but sometimes you could intercept the fist before the blow! :)
bump
Congratulations!
I was wondering which IF plan you used? — Thanks!
