It’s a nice story. But it not extraordinary. I saw it happen in a grocery store yesterday.
My point isn’t to be a jerk. My point is that we underestimate our neighbors. People are so programmed by negativity in the media and social media we “expect” people to not be kind. I believe that is wrong.
People, generally, are very kind and will help someone out when they need a hand.
Wawa is a tiny speck of a town in PA, not far from the Delaware border. There’s a dairy farm there, right down the road from the Franklin Mint. A member of the farmer’s family married a duPont, and they built an extremely large chain of convenience stores named Wawa of all things.
Wawa is a word from the native American language of the Leni Lenape tribe that lived in the area and named the settlement before the U.S. was formed. The word means "Canada goose", which is why there is a goose in the Wawa, Inc. logo. It's an" ideophone", which is a word that sounds like its meaning.
yes, that is all true also ... thank you ...
Absolutely, us folks in our 80's are a real hoot..

Oh and, rock-a-billy reeks...
It shouldn't surprise you, then, that you haven't heard of Keith Urban.
Have a happy New Year!
