Working on the Bakken from 2010 to 2018 i saw a lot of changes.
Obama killed the government lease oil fields and everything shifted to the Bakken.
The water haulers and oil tankers were making big time dollars,
The oil haulers had lots of problems getting unloaded because the existing pipelines were running full all the time and there were always a ton of trucks waiting to unload.

The railroads had some depots but they were few and far between.

By 2018 there were railroad depots every where and Warren Buffetts bought and paid for president gave him his money in spades
