I saw another version of the incident somewhere on the Interwebs. Passengers did applaud when she was being escorted off.

This was her version of the incident and apparently she clipped the applause off the end. You can start to hear it at the very end, even on this one.

But, I guess you are correct that it is not distinct on this video.
