Because your hospital didn’t do it, that supposedly proves no one in the united states did and the article is therefore trash? Biased much?
Nobody went on a ventilator with COVID who wouldn’t have died without it.
Thank you.
I just don’t get some of the folks here..
I was wrong
Remdesivir+ventilators was the CDC approved standard of care until at least least August.
I was stunned
Are you informed about this? Do you have any numbers, or, do you have any experience in health care, especially during the epidemic?
PS I never said that my experience proved that the practice did not occur. My argument is that if it did, it was isolated.
There would be SO much pushback from everyone if you tried to intubate patients who did not need it. Any doctor who did would find himself in a ton of trouble from peers.
Buy an o2 concentrater machine for home.
Article glosses over the “perverse incentives.” Hospitals were paid substantial bounties to put patients on Remdesivir and Vents.
Are those “perverse incentives” still in place?
There were articles on FR in April 2020 touting Ivermectin, and of course Hydroxychloroquine as early treatment.
Anyone among these groups who do this crazy trannie stuff to consenting adults is bad.
Any among them doing it to minors is a horrible child abuser and should be arrested.
How much push back occurred when Cuomo killed thousands in nursing homes?
remember we are not doctors so we can’t have an opinion....../s/
The world has too many old people and Social Security is going broke. This was a useful virus. So say WEF, Bill Gates and the rest of the Neo-Malthusians.
our federal government is encouraging and promoting this insanity...
Gee I’m sorry. FR is not my family doctor
All y’all act as if this was a well understood virus that the CDC was somehow preventing docs from treating
Those sport O2 bottles work too, especially for travel. I bought some for my wife after her heart attack and ended up using them myself for very low O2 from adverse vaxx reaction.
Concentrators not as expensive as you would think.
Expense wasn’t why I went with the sport O2 bottles. I have them in our vehicles, bedside, bug out bags (actually bug home), and camper.
Gee I’m sorry I was simply trying to provide some facts as there is a lot of rewriting of history going on. Perhaps misremembering...
Of course, FR is not your family doctor(? never said it was...), however, there were treatments from various articles being discussed here in April 2020 which anyone could discuss with their doctor.
Enjoy the rest of your evening.
How could you? You were busy in your hospital.
But the practice was not widespread.
How can you say that if you had "no idea what others did?"
LOL.... 👍🏼
