I heard that the next election in PA is 11/7/2023, so if a replacement is made before the August 18th filing date, then there is a election.
The more troubling thing is that the Dems will vote for him until his “depression is cured” thanks to COVID so he essentially never needs to recover.

It doesn't seem to comport with PA being a fairly ordinary "Governor appoints successor" and that person serves "until the next general election". I've DM'd Brody on Twotter maybe he can give some details.
Meanwhile, the way his wife r-u-n-n-o-f-t says it's far more than "depression", ie, she didn't want the kids to see him in that febrile state, and it's not like she went to 'mom's house' but instead for some strange reason took them to Niagara -- in the dead of winter? That's potentially, um, disastrous.
PV should be sniffing around that crazyhouse with a fat handful of US Grants and get the scoop, because a FOIA ain't gonna do it.

Many folks understandably criticize PA for voting for Fetterman. It’s not that those voters are all stupid (although many are). It’s what you noted. The media did an excellent job hiding Fetterman’s health problems.
What little you did hear was drowned out by praise for Fetterman for fighting back from his stroke. Combine that with a truly awful GOP candidate (Oz), and bye bye senate seat.
