The implication of this statement is that any sandwich is bad for you, as if a bacon double cheeseburger is nutritionally the same as a tofu-and-sprouts-on-28-grain-bread sandwich. Absurd.
I know which I'd rather have, heart bomb be damned.
Sammiches
Peanut butter and nanner with bacon…
Haha !!!
(I’m joking…)
Want a sandwich? Make or buy whatever kind of sandwich you want. Everything in moderation is okay, if it makes you happy. Live your life!
A Big Mac ingredients include all the food groups.
Ditto a Wendy’s single with cheese

Hey, Erica, shut up and make me a sammich.
All of them are nitrite factories. You have to search for uncured meats.

I had a sandwich for lunch yesterday, a fish sandwich. Pretty darn good from Arby’s.
The government is FOS. Everything they say should be met with skepticism. There’s nothing wrong with eating a sandwich once or twice a week. The problem America has is eating 5 a week plus McDonalds, Wendy’s and Burger King on weekends. Plus, American moms think they are so overworked that many can’t be bothered to put a decent meal on the table for their families a few times a week.
exactly.
moderation is the key to nearly every situation like this.
the idiots that run from one new miracle food to the next or eat crap they hate their entire lives thinking it will help them live longer are MORONS.
Lets just make an example:
Lets pretend there is a new scientific study that shows that if someone is kicked hard in balls every morning they might live up to 5 years longer! Even if the study was correct... who the hell wants to be kicked in the balls for 5 additional years!!!!
And that’s the BEST case scenario! In the worst case after 20+ years of being kicked in the balls every morning, they come out with a new study saying no... actually being kicked in the balls will reduce your life expectancy!
But (oh, and here is where it really gets good) a NEW study shows that having bamboo shoots slipped under your fingernails is actually the path to a longer life!
LMAO
This is how I see all the crappy health science studies!
Like you said, just eat a variety of things in MODERATION!
It’s that simple.
Anything processed.

Of course, you have to kiss the bread buh-bye.
When you lose water on keto, you lose salt. And meat (without added chemicals) and cheese are fine in great quantities.
Keto may not be right for some people, but I guess you have to try it to find out (since doctors can't tell you).
I eat high-fat, high sodium, relatively high protein and my blood pressure is low, my LDL cholesterol is low, and my weight is perfect (well, about 5 lbs higher than I would like at 165).
Today I am going to have a massive chicken breast covered in red salsa and topped with a mountain of sour cream. Broccoli smothered in cheese sauce. And a couple of huge hamburger patties covered in pimento cheese (with sugar-free ketchup and mustard on the side).
I would have an omelet but I can't afford the eggs without selling my truck.
Sugar: bad.
I’ve lived long enough to see studies say coffee and eggs are both bad and good for you probably 3 times.
Eliminate federal grants to colleges and universities and you stop most of this BS
Sounds perfect!
BTW, eggs are coming down!..............
exactly.
I have been trying to point that out for years!
a deluxe burger with fries and a shake is simply a balance meal with most of the items stacked.
a dinner roll cut in half is a bun, then you stack a serving of meat on it along with a salad with a side of potatoes, then finish it off with a desert of sugared fruit and milk also known as a shake.
The local Food Lion has uncured hardwood smoked Oscar Meyer hot dogs.
Great news. I love eggs (particularly deviled eggs). And I won't have to sell my truck.;-)
