We should rejoice that our elite masters will soon fill the peasant’s lunch plates with insects and lab made Frankenfoods that are so healthy and above all save the environment.
Check and a lot cheaper.
I thought the standard sandwich was Turkey, lettuce, tomato and cheese, probably healthier that a burger and fries.
It’s the bread that will kill you.................
Rye? or that cardboard wheat stuff? But I admit, I prefer White :)
mayo from canola or soybean oil is krap ... use mayo made from 100% avocado oil and ketchup with zero added sugar or corn syrup ...
“Daves Bread is delicious and has all natural stuff.”
That’s what we buy — especially like it in the yellow wrapper (maybe “Good Seed”?) It is high in carbs, though.
Sometimes I buy Keto bread which has a weird consistency, but is low carb.
“The government is FOS. Everything they say should be met with skepticism.”
We learned that the hard way, from 2020-current.
Solution - eat at Los Pollos Hermanos.
Thanks for the links- ill check em out- i have to do something as i keep dropping in gfr number- @ 29.8 right now-
That’s it exactly. FReepers always come through.
Soybean oil makes me ill along with the high fructose corn syrup. Check your bread ingredients.
I looked at the packages of chips and they use canola oil or sunflower oil or vegetable oil.
Look at Crisco and similar that have soybean oil. I seen a comment where they said “Bertolli olive oil extra light taste” was car oil.... : )
Look for 100% olive oil from the same country.
Last evening I bought “123 Corn Oil” 100% corn oil. I will see if that is good for my chicken in the frying pan and some “California Olive Ranch 100% Californian Extra Virgin olive oil” I will put a bit in when cooking eggs and sausage and add butter on top of it. I am used to burning the butter so will try the olive oil that I read will help stop the butter from burning : )
BWAHAHAHAHAHahahahahahahaha!!!
Does the phrase "zero credibility" come to any else's mind?
One of the best, simplest changes I made was switching to Udi gluten-free, particularly for buns and rolls.
Just hacking out gluten at home, then the gluten you run into at a business lunch or airport is much more tolerable. And I don't have a gluten intolerance, but I watch my glycemic index. And wheat gluten is not your glycemic friend.
Removing not even half the usual daily American gluten intake via Udi's can put pep in your step. The hamburger buns, after a little butter-based spritz and 45 seconds face-up under the broiler, are fantastic.
:)
If you healthy you will age healthy. It’s the fat and malnourished that have sick and miserable old age.
