While shooting the employee is too harsh, I can understand the customers frustration. I’m guessing this was at a Culver’s , where my personal experience has been, regardless of the location I go to, the help messes up the order. 100% of the time. I quit quit going to Culver’s, rather than shooting the kid in the face.

Sure it does, to the notional victims outside the prison walls who never have to deal with the violence these inmates unleash. Fact is many of these people are repeat offenders. At minimum it reduces the likelihood that these offenders will pop out little criminals.
