Me, too. My AMD manifests itself as a retinal “pucker” on my right retina that causes visual distortion and loss of acuity. It’s essentially a scar tissue that has formed on the retina.
I had my doctor of an Omega-3 Index test and my results were low which enhances my risk of heart attack. I recently started taking Krill Oil supplements for the condition as well as increasing my intake of salmon.
So this research is of immense interest to me.

It seems to made in small batches, now, but another post shows that some fish roe has a high amount of the very same Omega-3 fats.
