The big surprise to me is that they only owned ONE car. Really? It’s not like they couldn’t afford another car.
Why didn’t he just give her the keys to the car if she was so unbearable? He could have continued to crash on the couch and smoke his smoke in peace.
He was the one who didn’t want to walk away, he wanted the fight. He was getting off on it.

When he said “edited,” he probably meant the first part of the video was cut off. It doesn’t start at the beginning.
I’ve watched a ton of those type shows... for example fear thy neighbor.
So many times the cops dismiss the complaint and tell the neighbors to work out our. Well they do when one finally kills the other.

A spouse is somewhat different. If a cop responds to a domestic dispute, they can usually remove the partner they believe to be the aggressor for a period of time even if no crime has been committed.
In my experience, the issue is with the courts. It is difficult to get an order of protection, and even if one is granted, they are difficult to enforce unless they are violated. State law invariably favors the female in these situations, as they should.
I agree the courts are a huge issue. And that may be why the cops do nothing to help because they know the courts will screw it up. But either way the cops don’t really help much in many circumstances
The point in my previous post is that the cops are usually unable to "help." You cannot take action against someone who has committed no crime.
How would you handle a noise complaint between two neighbors? You respond to the complaint but no crime has been committed. You tell them to turn the noise down, and you leave. An hour later one neighbor kills the other. Is that the cops fault?
There are a lot of possible reasons why at that moment they had one car, but I would like to know if they really do only have one car permanently.
Same with me. He’s just a jerk. When he says “watch it, watch it”....and she steps away from him I saw all I needed. Clearly a history of abuse.......and saying “going to f—k you up”. ..............no amount of editing did that.
