I watched the clip and it is actually pretty close to what to he said. Basically it should be done voluntarily as an act of conciliation. He even demonstrated it and gave out 1500 shine brushes to his employees.
He’ll be on his knees shortly praying that customers come back.
Interesting. The only time I was treated rudely in a Chic
fil A was in Ocean City by a young black clerk who refused to serve me by deliberately ignoring me for more than 5 minutes as I stood in front of him waiting to give my order. He pointedly served other black customers behind me and one who cut in front of me. I am an old white man. A manager finally came to my rescue and took my order.
