Aren’t they the commission that got slapped down by the U.S. Supreme Court regarding the commission’s ruling against Jack Phillips, the baker who would not bake the cake?

So sex differences as evidenced in basic biology (both inward and outward) is now just a traditional understanding and not an actual scientific distinction? So by their logic I could declare myself a horse and demand entry into the Derby. I would lose but still it is my right as a horse to run for the roses.
