All energy drinks I have seen use guarana as an ingredient for the caffeine boost. Guarana sounds cool and exotic and has been used in Brazil for eons. It is put into some of their soda pops too. Guarana is a tropical plant and it grows there.
Energy drink manufacturers also must (I will bet) put in some pure caffeine to lower expenses. This is cheap and can be bought at Amazon and eBay.

For what Reason? Since I read it helps with BILE Production, that’s my reason. So glad to find this out, because that’s one of my problems. I started taking TUDCA at the suggestion of Dr. Berg.
